Mickey O'Neil
Member of the Investment Committee
Mr. O’Neil is the founder and Managing Partner of Silicon Valley Investment Group, which is a Private Equity/Family office firm that focuses efforts on finding white label technology platforms that provide solutions and collect data for the vertical in a particular marketplace. (Financial, Tech,
Sports/Music Entertainment, Health/Wellness, Innovation and Real Estate). They then help accelerator the business with their strategic and financial partners that can produce exits with a 24-36-month period.
O’Neil has also been a long-term real estate investor in Class A office buildings, multiple family and apartments, commercial and single-family homes. His strategic relationships in the Real Estate vertical with Divco West, NFL, Crunch and UFC gyms have allowed him to participate in a variety of unique opportunities. As well with all his financial relationships he has also been an investor in many funds and partnership with large banking and private equity institutions.
Mr. O'Neil is a member of YPO (Young President Organization) and YEO (Young Entrepreneurs Organization) and was one of the founding members of the San Francisco Chapter in 1989.
Romie Chaudhari

Mr. Chaudhari is a Miami-based entrepreneur who has spent his career developing real estate, building companies and making investments in a wide array of businesses. As a graduate of Tufts University (MS in Chemical Engineering) and USC’s Marshall School of Business (MBA in
Finance/Entrepreneurship), Romie worked as a design and petroleum engineer at Raytheon, before turning his focus to real estate.
Mr. Chaudhari runs his family office, Chiron Investments, and his real estate investments include multi-family, creative office, light industrial, restaurants, and unentitled land. Most of his real estate holdings are in Southern California, Miami, Boston Metro area, and Washington DC. Outside of real estate, Mr. Chaudhari has expanded his ownership interests in professional sports teams. In 2016, Mr. Chaudhari became a co-owner, director and board member of the English Football League club, Swansea City. In 2018, he also became a co-owner and board member of MLS team DC United, and is the sole owner of the South East Melbourne Phoenix in Australia's top basketball league, the NBL.
Kyle Miller
VP of Accounting
Mr. Miller is an accounting and finance professional who has experience in roles such as external audit, internal audit, Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) financial reporting, and corporate controller for various publicly traded companies. In addition, he has administered financial management across
multiple funds including liquidity and budgets at each asset level. He led a team of professionals who completed the day-to-day financial transactions of multiple funds and the general partner
who managed all the funds. Mr. Miller was the liaison with bankers, external regulators, and investors for each of the funds and corporate services. He oversaw the coordination and preparation of all reporting across the organization (to lenders, investors, regulatory authorities, etc.).
Jeff Mast
VP of Acquisitions
Mr. Mast is a resourceful commercial real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience managing commercial development projects, profitable property acquisitions and dispositions, and complex financial transactions. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Mast is highly skilled in corporate and
divisional financial management and portfolio management. An experience negotiator and relationship-builder, Mr. Mast is able to forge strong bonds with brokers, business partners, lenders and clients.
Mr. Mast currently is the VP of Project Finance & Asset management for a full-service real estate development and investment firm that leas the market in providing individual accredited investors with well-structure alternatives to traditional investments.
Mateo Miramontes
Director of Financial Analysis
Mateo Miramontes is a has spent the last 7 years working with some of the largest tech firms in the space to package effective strategies to communicate the potential and realized value of their solutions. Mr. Miramontes has helped firms reposition and rebrand solutions to fit the modern day and future needs of
their IT customers.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Miramontes worked with firms to help prepare their back-office processes for cloud enabled financial management and HCM systems. His work in the business world follows a career in professional baseball.
Mr. Miramontes graduated from Saint Mary's College of California and earned his MBA from California State University, East Bay.
